Event Description: 5K run/walk event This 5K event is a relaxed, fun environment...perfect for the "first time" runner or the walker! Enjoy Ankeny's trail system on this 5K route that starts at the Park N Ride lot just West of the Ankeny Fire Station on W. First Street. Registration forms can be downloaded at www.crosstrainfitness.com or picked at at CrossTrain Fitness. Cost of the race is $15 and includes a special T-shirt! Registration begins at 7:30am.
